Radgost as a workplace
We are trying to create not only the best software, but also the best workplace. Most of us studied at the University of Warsaw (mainly IT / MIMUW) or the Warsaw University of Technology. But studies at the above-mentioned faculties are not a prerequisite for working with us :)
We are working 100% remotely
We also offer flexible working hours for our developers (some people combine full-time studies with work).
The office with a view of the Vistula River
For those willing, we offer a comfortable office at the Copernicus Science Center metro station with a view of the Vistula River and the entertainment zone.
Integration meetings and trips
Sometimes we meet live, outside the computer screen. We are spending time in the office, in the city, or on longer and shorter trips.
